Apples and Potatoes

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Cook together 2 pounds potatoes, peeled, 4 greening apples and 2 yellow 
Delicious (peeled and cored) in 1 quart water for 30 minutes.  Mash 
all together with 4 tablespoons butter. Season with salt and pepper. 
Serve as side dish with meat or turkey.
