Apricot Chicken
Recipe Description
A nice entree for a Yom Kippur "break the fast" meal.
Recipe Ingredients
8 split, skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. apricot preserves
6 oz. Russian salad dressing
1 package dry onion soup mix
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder and place in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Mix the preserves, dressing and onion soup mix together. Pour evenly over the chicken and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8.
