Apricot Sweet and Sour Tongue

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Place tongue in pressure cooker and cover with water. Cook 45 minutes. 
Cool, peel outer skin and slice. Mix together 1 large bottle of ginger 
ale, 1 14 oz. Bottle ketchup, handful raisins, dried apricots. Combine 
sliced tongue and sauce mixture in pressure cooker. Cook 15 to 20 
minutes more. Helpful hint: count cooking time from the time the 
regulator begins to rock.
