Asparagus or Broccoli with Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients
1 pound asparagus or 1 bunch broccoli, cut in 1 inch pieces
4 to 5 scallions, cut in 1 inch pieces
˝ to 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons margarine
salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
Sauté scallions in margarine, covered on low flame. Add asparagus or broccoli, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook covered until tender.
