Asparagus Roll Ups 2
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
1 can asparagus, drained
2 loaves thin sliced bread – remove crusts and flatten with rolling pin
1 package onion soup mix blended with a pint of sour cream
Spread mix on bread. Place asparagus spear on bread and roll up.
Brush with melted butter and garlic salt.
Cut in half. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
