Avocado Soup
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
In blender put: pulp of 1 ripe avocado. 1 ½ cups stock made with George
Washington golden powder and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend until pureed.
Add: 1 cup light cream, salt and pepper and dash of cayenne. Stir well.
Chill and garnish with thin slice of lemon. Note: to make this for a
meat meal, use chicken broth and non-dairy creamer.
