Baked Alaska

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Prepare 1 package fluffy white frosting mix according to directions. 
Place 4 cake dessert cups on wooden cutting board. 
Spread center of each with preserves, ice cream topping or sprinkle with 1 teaspoon 
liqueur. Scoop out four balls of ice cream, top each cake with scoop. 
Cover completely with frosting mix, spreading thicker over ice cream and 
thinner around cake, being careful 
to seal edges to board at bottom. 
Freeze, on board, up to 24 hours. Bake in 500° oven for 2 to 3 minutes, 
or till browned. Serve at once. 
Makes 4 servings. Sherbet may be used in place of ice cream.
