Baked Fish with Sour Cream

2 lbs fish fillets
½ cup butter
1 cup sour cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese (or ¼ cup parmesan and ¼ cup romano)
Instructions
Place fish fillets in greased shallow casserole. Melt ¼ cup butter, mix with grated cheese, and 1 cup sour cream. Spoon sauce over fish. Top with seasoned bread crumbs, tossed with ¼ cup melted butter. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
