Recipe Ingredients

Thinly slice 3 carrots into baking pan; make 1 layer, cover with a layer of 
celery leaves, top with parsley (stems removed). Top with sliced fish 
(scrod, haddock, salmon, etc.). season with salt, pepper and paprika. 
Add a small amount to an. Top with margarine. Bake at 350° for ¾ of an hour.
