Barbecued Ribs

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb. Short ribs
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add other ingredients except the ribs. Cut rib (if necessary) and marinate in mixture for 24 hours. (In refrigerator). Turn them once, putting top ones on the bottom. To cook, place ribs on a rack over a pan of water and bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes. The recipe may be doubled or tripled.
