Biscuit Tortoni

Recipe Ingredients
1 quart vanilla ice cream (soften-not melted)
Add:
½ cup diced candied fruit
½ cup white seedless raisins
1 teaspoon sherry flavoring
½ cup finely chopped blanched toasted almonds (toast before chopping)
½ cup diced macaroons – crushed into crumbs (toast before chopping)
Instructions
Stir all ingredients and then fill paper cup-cake liners – put them in cupcake pan. Sprinkle more macaroon crumbs on top. Freeze until firm; then decorate with green and red candied cherries. Makes 8 to 10.
