Blue Cheese Lox Balls

¼ unsalted lox
1 8oz. package cream cheese
Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, drained
2 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese
Instructions
Shred lox in blender or chop finely. Mix cream cheese and bleu cheese. Add shredded lox, onion and horse radish. Chill. Form into balls using about 1 tablespoon for each. Roll in chopped parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If mixture is too stiff add 1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream.
