¼ pound butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup milk
¾ cup blueberries
Instructions
Cream butter with sugar; add egg and lemon rind; ix well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk. Fold in berries. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. These are soft cake-like cookies.
