Blueberry Pie

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon butter
1 quart blueberries
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Put 2 cups blueberries into cooled 10 inch pie shell. Make a sauce of rest of the berries by cooking them with the water, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Remove from heat after thickening; add butter and lemon juice. Cool. When cold, pour over berries in pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
