Brisket with French Twist
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Season 5 to 6 lbs. brisket with garlic powder and paprika. Brown
under broiler on each side (on heavy foil) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix together 1 package onion soup dissolved in 1 cup water with 1
cups celery leaves and 1 cup dry white wine. Pour over brisket and
cover tightly with foil. Roast at 300° degrees for 3 hours until tender.
