Carrot Bread

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 ¼ cups oil
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups finely shredded raw carrots

Instructions

Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually, continue beating. Gradually add oil. Sift remaining dry ingredients together and add to beaten mixture. Mix well. Fold in carrots. Turn into 2 well greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pans. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
