Caviar Mousse

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

In blender put:
2 or 3 7 ½ oz. cans water packed tuna
¼ lb. unsalted butter, melted and hot
1 teaspoon green onion tops or chives
1 6 oz. jar herring tidbits in wine, drained
1 tablespoon black caviar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

Mix all ingredients until well homogenized. Put in4 cup mold lined with waxed paper; chill several hours or overnight. Unmold on platter. Decorate with black caviar and riced egg yolks.
