Cheese Chutney Squares

5 slices bread, crust removed, and cut into fourth
chutney (tomato or fruit)
¾ cup finely shredded cheese
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg white, beaten
Instructions
Toast bread squares on one side; spread untoasted side with ¼ teaspoon chutney. Mix shredded cheese with Worcestershire sauce. Beat egg white until stiff and fold cheese into it. Spoon onto squares. Broiled until puffed and golden. Garnish with cherry tomato wedge or parsley, if desired.
