Cheese Mousse

2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cold water
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons Italian salad dressing mix
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
Instructions
Soften gelatin in cold water. Melt over boiling water. Stir dissolved gelatin into sour cream, add salad dressing mix, blue cheese and cottage cheese. Beat with mixer till well blended. Pour into 3½ cup mold. Chill till firm. Serve with pumpernickel bread
