9 inch baked pie shell
6 oz. cream cheese
˝ cup confectioners’ sugar
salt to taste
˝ pint sour cream.
Instructions
Place cheese, sugar and salt in mixer and whip well. Beat cream separately. Mix both mixtures together and blend. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate.
