Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients
24 fresh mushrooms
½ cup fresh lemon juice
salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
dash of oregano
Instructions
Pull stems of washed mushrooms. Dip mushrooms in juice. Lightly sprinkle cavity with salt. Mix cheese, oregano and bread crumbs. Fill each mushroom with mixture. Place on butter baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10 to 12 minutes
