Cherry Nut Cake

Recipe Ingredients
½ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
4 eggs
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cherries (maraschino)
½ cup nuts
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add cream cheese and mix. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Add vanilla. Fold in cherries and nuts. Bake in greased tube or bundt pan at 350° for one hour.
