Chicken with Marmalade

2 fryers,2 ½ to 3 pounds, cut up
1 (12 ounce) jar orange marmalade
3 ounces soy sauce
4 ounces orange juice
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
Instructions
Mix together marmalade, soy sauce, orange juice and ginger. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 24 hours. Bake in 400° oven for ¾ hour covered and ¾ hour uncovered.
