Chocolate Wrinkles

Recipe Ingredients
½ cup vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients to oil mixture, stirring well. Chill several hours or overnight. Drop teaspoonfuls into confectioner’s sugar and roll, shaping into balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Do Not Over Bake.
