Coffee Cake - Pareve

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup margarine
1 ½ cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

Sift the dry ingredients. Cream the margarine and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add the flour alternately with the orange juice. Add the vanilla. Pour half the batterinto a greased 13 X 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with half the topping. Cover with the rest of the batter and sprinkle the remainder of the topping on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Topping: 1 cps walnuts, chopped; 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, grated; ½ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix all together.
