Cold Oven Popovers

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Blend all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk (disregard lumps). Grease 6 custard cups well and fill ¾ full. Set on cookie sheet and place in cold oven. Turn oven to 450° and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not open oven door before baking is completed. Serve hot.
