Company Chicken Jubilee

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 fryers or 6 breasts, split
1 bottle of sweet and sour sauce
1 (1 pound) can peaches, drained
½ cup chili sauce
2 onions, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 (1 pound) can dark sweet cherries, drained
2 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

Place chicken skin side down in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with margarine. Broil until brown. Combine sauce, peaches, cherries, onion and chili sauce. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Thicken sauce. Yields 6 servings.
