Cranberry Mold

Recipe Ingredients
1 6 oz. Package lemon gelatin
2 cups hot water
1 ½ cups pineapple juice
2 cups drained crushed pineapple
2 cups cranberries, ground
2 cups sugar
2 cups diced celery
2 cups walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Mix sugar with ground cranberries and set aside. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add pineapple juice and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, cranberries, celery and nuts. Turn into 2 ½ quart mold. Chill.
