Creamed Zucchini

Wash, trim and slice 2 pound zucchini. Measure ¼ cup water into a
saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1
tablespoon margarine, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon dill weed.
Bring to a boil and add zucchini. When tender, cream together 4
tablespoons scour cream and 2 tablespoons flour until smooth. Mix
carefully into
zucchini, stirring constantly, until all simmers together.
