Farfel Pilaf

2 good sized onions
½ pound mushrooms
1 cup egg farfel
¼ cup margarine
Instructions
Sauté onions in fat until deep golden brown, add mushrooms and cook until brown; then add farfel and brown. Put into 2 quart casserole, add 4 cups chicken soup or 4 bouillon cubes in 5 cups of water. Bake covered at 400° for one hour, stirring often.
