Fish Chowder

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. Fillet of haddock (or any fish of your choice), cut in chunks
3 carrots, sliced
3 onions, sliced
4 potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup milk
1 quart water
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine carrots, onions, fish and water in a deep saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer until carrots are partially done (about 15 minutes). Add potatoes and butter and continue cooking until done. Add milk, heat through and serve.
