French Fried Mushrooms

1 egg
½ cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1 cup cornflakes crumbs
20 mushrooms with stems removed
oil
salt
Instructions
Beat egg, milk and salt. Roll mushrooms in flour and then dip in egg mixture and roll in crumbs. Heat oil (about 1 ½ inches deep) to 375°. Fry mushrooms a few at a time about 1 minute on each side.
