Fried Peppered Cabbage

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 medium-sized head white cabbage
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Wash cabbage, remove core and grate cabbage into size similar to ground coffee. Melt butter in large frying pan over high heat. Add cabbage and sauté, turning constantly for about 1 to 2 minutes, just until cabbage is heated through but not wilted (do not overcook). Season with salt and very heavy on pepper. Stir in sour cream. Makes about 6 servings.
