Frozen Strawberry Pie

2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 10 oz. package partially thawed frozen strawberries
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9 inch graham cracker pie shell

Instructions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Beat mixture at high speed in electric mixer for 12 minutes. Whip cream and vanilla. Gently fold whipped cream into egg white mixture. Mound into pie shell and freeze. Serve frozen. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
