Fruit Mold

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 medium can mandarin oranges
1 (3 oz) package orange gelatin
1 (6 oz) package lemon gelatin (or 2 3 oz)
1 (6 oz) package strawberry gelatin
1 large can sliced pears
1 medium can crushed pineapple
½ cup sour cream

Instructions

Drain all canned fruit well. Use liquid in making gelatin. Rinse pan with cold water. Place oranges in bottom of pan. Cover with orange jello. Allow to harden before adding next layer. Add crushed pineapple mixed with sour cream next. Make 1 large box of lemon gelatin with 3 cups of liquid. Cool it and add as next layer. Let it harden. Use 3 ½ cups liquid in making 1 large box of strawberry gelatin. Place pears as next layer. Cover with strawberry gelatin. Let all set before unmolding.
