1 jar cocktail sized gefilte fish, save broth
1 No. 2 can julienne beets, chopped
2 packages lemon gelatin
2 tablespoons horseradish
Instructions
Drain fish and beet, measure liquids and add water to 3 ½ cups. Bring to a boil, add gelatin. When almost jelled, fold in beets, horseradish and fish. Pour into six cup mold. Refrigerate
