Ginger Salmon

Recipe Ingredients
3 slices salmon
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoons brown sugar
¼ cup white raisins
10 gingersnaps
2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions
Mix the flour, salt and pepper together and dredge salmon in it. Fry in hot butter until brown. Add other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes or it can be put in a casserole and baked at 350° for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
