Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 quart burgundy wine
1 navel orange
1 lemon
6 whole cloves
2 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
½ cup sugar

Instructions

Heat wine, very hot… DO NOT BOIL. Cut peel from orange and lemon. Add spices, peel and sugar to hot wine. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Let stand over low heat 10 minutes. Ladle into mugs, 6 to 8 servings.
