Great Horseradish Sauce or Dip for Raw Vegetables

1 cup sour cream
¼ cup prepared horseradish
salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard and ½ teaspoon beer (to make paste)
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together vigorously. Set in refrigerator to chill and thicken.
