Grilled Chuck Steak

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs. Chuck steak, 1 inch thick. Sprinkle with tenderizer and let stand 1 hour. 
In sauce pan combine 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire 
sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, 4 tablespoons ketchup and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Heat . 
Pour marinade over steak and let stand at least 1 hour. Broil on grill, 
basting with the sauce, 8 to 12 minutes for rare and 12 to 15 minutes for medium.
