Ground Beef and Noodles

Recipe Ingredients
1 cup onions (chopped)
2 tablespoons fat
1 lb. Ground beef
3 cups medium noodles (broken)
season to taste
4 cups tomato juice
1 cup celery (diced)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ to ½ cup green pepper (diced)
½ lb. Mushrooms (sliced)
Instructions
In large skillet, heat fat and add onion. Cook until tender but not brown. Add beef and brown lightly. Spread noodles over meat evenly. Combine juice and seasoning and pour over meat-noodle mixture. Put green pepper and mushrooms on top. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer, low heat for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Makes 5 to 6 servings. Can be frozen in casserole and reheated in 350° oven
