Hamburg Casserole (Diet Recipe)

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
½ green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
¾ cup tomato juice
2 oz. raw onions, chopped (optional)
¾  cup canned tomatoes, chopped
2 15 oz. cans French style green beans, drained
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Spray frying pan with non-stick vegetable oil. Brown hamburg, celery, and green pepper; and onions, tomatoes and juice. Add green beans, salt and pepper. Simmer or bake for 25 minutes. Yields 3 servings.
