Hamburg, Chicken Liver & Cranberry Casserole

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 8 oz. Can jellied cranberry sauce
1 can tomato and mushroom sauce
½ teaspoon powdered onion
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon ground oregano
1 ½ lb. Hamburger
½ lb. Chicken livers
1 George Washington Ace
2 tablespoon oil

Instructions

Brown beef and livers in oil in frying pan, add seasonings, tomato-mushroom sauce and cranberry sauce which has been liquefied by cooking in saucepan. Simmer all together for 20 to 25 minutes. Excellent served over cooked noodles or rice. If you like more chicken liver use 1 lb.
