Heather’s Ice Cream Salad Mold

Recipe Ingredients
1 (3 oz) package raspberry gelatin
1 pint vanilla ice cream
½ cup chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup boiling water
Instructions
Add boiling water to gelatin. Dissolve thoroughly. Add ice cream, fruit and nuts. Let set in mixing bowl for 20 minutes in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator and stir. Turn into 4 cup mold and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
