Herring & Sour Cream Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients

1 jar (22 oz.) herring in wine sauce, drained
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 bunch green onions chopped (use just green)

Instructions

Cut each piece of herring into bite size pieces. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add all other ingredients and allow to chill for several hours.
