Hot Tuna Mushroom Canapes

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

32 round crackers
1 6½ or 7 ounce can tuna
½ cup condensed mushroom soup
1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
dash of paprika
½ cup grated cheese

Instructions

Drain tuna, flake. Add soup, pimiento, green pepper and seasonings. Blend into a paste. Spread on crackers. Sprinkle with cheese. Place on baking sheet. Broil about 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 32 canapés.
