House Chicken Liver

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 or 3 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. liver
2 or 3 large onions
2 stalks celery
3 tablespoons, fat or oil
salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

Broil liver lightly to kosher. Sauté sliced onions and celery until golden and transparent, in the fat or oil. Remove from pan and sauté cut up liver until cooked. Grind all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add extra fat if necessary to moisten.
