Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Crush 1 cup chick peas until fine.
Chop and sauté 2 medium onions and 2 cloves of garlic until tender.
Add 2 teaspoons thyme, 1 teaspoon basil and ˝ teaspoon savory. Add this
mixture to chick peas. Mix well. Add garlic and onion salt to taste.
Squeeze juice of ˝ lemon into mixture and blend well. Chill at least one
hour. Adjust seasoning to taste.
