Recipe Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cold water
¼ cup boiling water
¼ cup sugar
1 ¼ cups orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 oranges, sectioned
1 banana, sliced
3 tablespoons flaked coconut
Instructions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Add orange and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy. Fold in fruits and coconut. Pour into a 3 cup mold or 4 individual molds. Chill until firm. Garnish with orange sections, coconut and bananas, if desired
