Knaidles or Matzo Balls

Recipe Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon slat
pinch of cinnamon
¼ cup cold water
2 tablespoons chicken fat
½ cup matzo meal
Instructions
Mix the above in order. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Cook in a tightly covered pot for ¾ of an hour in boiling salted water. When done cooking, put in chicken soup and heat gently for five minutes. Freeze in chicken soup.
